There's not much to say about the ACS ADSL 2+ Inline Filter 901E2+! I ordered three, they arrived promptly, installed without problem and run like a dream. It was all very impressive, even if I'm not too keen on the Art Deco look. Doesn't matter anyway, they are out of sight behind computers and phones.
My Exetel ADSL2+ sync rate (connect speed) jumped from around 10 Megabits per second to a very respectable 17.2 Megabits per second without anything more than a modem auto-restart, didn't even have to reboot it - the modem just resynced itself after the phone line was reconnected.
The actual download rate has jumped a great deal as well. Giving the follow performance when tested using Oz Broadband Speed Test:

Latter I'll spend some time redoing the modem settings to get the most out of the new performance.
