We at Coast VoIP try to give you the best prices and pass on savings where and when we can. As prices do fluctuate these changes are made as soon as possible to our web site.

Prices indicated on search engines and the like take time to adjust once adjusting and submitting our price feed to them. In this way you may see a slightly high price indicated either on our website or the search website. Generally it takes about 3 to 4 days to have all the changes made and unfortunately we cannot say exactly when our price changes are reflected in various search engines as it is outside our control and update by third parties.

If you do see a price that is indicated and has been recently changed please email info@coastvoip.com.au to see if we can still offer the indicated price and we will try to do the best for you.

Quotes

Any quotes for pricing are valid for 7 days only from date of invoice/quote only. 

Due to fluctuating prices any payments made after the 7 day period may result in the order not being processed until pricing is revised and further payment may be required.

GST

Coast VoIP are registered for GST and all prices are displayed including GST.  When proceeding through the checkout GST will be indicated on the price of goods only and GST is included in the shipping price.  You will be issued with a tax invoice with the full breakdown of your purchase.  Our ABN number is 95 564 156 531.

Images/Pictures

Coast VoIP will, where possible, provide up to date images/pictures of items available for sale.  However these images may be out of date or there may have been changes to the products that we have not previously been made aware of from the manufacturer.  In any case Coast VoIP is not liable for any change to the appearance of the item and you should check with the manufacture for up to date information about your product.

Product Availability

Coast VoIP will attempt to maintain up to date product availability information however stock movement held by our suppliers is out of our control and when any item advised is out of stock we will update our site as soon as possible.  If you order an item that has since become out of stock you will be contacted and advised of the waiting time and have the opportunity to cancel your order at this time.

Liability

Coast VoIP is not liable for any damages or interruptions to services caused by any product or failure of any product to perform, including but not limited to any lost profits or savings, loss of use, of data, or any other special, incidental, indirect or consequential damage of any kind, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage, and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.

Change of Conditions/Policy

Coast VoIP reserves the right change or amend conditions as required and may do so with or without prior notice and in any event these conditions will be listed here.
