Items will be sent, where possible by Express Post although some items may be delivered directly via courier.

In your shopping cart you can click on "Calculate Shipping Costs" which will pop up a window showing you the shipping costs that will apply.  If you are unsure of shipping costs or would like a quote on shipping please contact us.

The shipping rate varies from item to item and group of items.  Generally shipping for large goods is between $9.95 and $20 with the average being $15 for courier deliveries.  Some larger goods will be at a higher price and this will be indicated.

The postage rate for ADSL filters is $8.00 for Express Post for up to 6 filters then $9.95 thereafter.  Some cables may also incur a lower delivery fee as indicated. 

Coast VoIP has access to many products and some products may be sent directly to you from our suppliers from around Australia. This enables us to pass the latest price reductions onto you so that you benefit by paying less. Items, where possible will be dispatched from a distributor near you so that we can try to get your order to you as soon as possible, usually overnight.

Can I pick up?

Coast VoIP does not have a shopfront due to a number of onsite services provided in relation to VoIP set up and integration.  However if you wish to pick up an item that we have in stock arrangements can be made to pick up goods. 

If you wish to find out how long a product may take to arrive at your location please contact us.  Generally items will arrive within 1 - 2 business days but may take longer due to large sized orders that cannot be transported by air or in remote locations that are accessed only by road.

We accept payment by way of Direct Deposit and by Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard only) via the Bendigo Bank Secure Gateway.

We do not apply a surcharge for payments made via credit card at this time.  You may find a cheaper price elsewhere but check to see if they charge you a credit card merchant fee.

Your IP address will also be recorded when purchasing from our site and we reserve the right to confirm identity and validity of information submitted prior to orders being dispatched.  If a delay is likely you will be notified. 

If you wish to make payment by credit card you will be directed to the Bendigo Bank Secure Gateway (256 bit), this gateway is hosted by MasterCard International and can be verified by clicking on the padlock on your browser.  Payments are accepted from MasterCard & Visa.  On completion of your payment you will be redirected back to our site giving you confirmation of your order.
