Warranty & Returns IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION - For your protectionCoast VoIP only supply products sourced within Australia from Australian distributors that supply Original Manufacturer Warranty on their products. Coast VoIP don't provide a "Coast VoIP" warranty like other discount online retailers may do. Why? Coast VoIP don't need to. Our products are sourced from Australian distributors and not from overseas at cheaper prices. Ensure that you are properly protected when purchasing your products to ensure that they are sourced from Australian distributors with an Australian Warranty. Other online discount retailers may have cheaper prices due to products being sourced from outside Australia and as such you may have issues with warranty repairs in a timely manner, if at all. Dead on Arrival (DOA) If you receive an item that is DOA then please contact us immediately to facilitate then return or replacement. If you do receive an item that is DOA then you have 7 days in which to notify us of this. After this time the normal warranty process will apply. In each case you will have to notify us at info@coastvoip.com.au to arrange this process and obtain a Return Authority Number (RAN). Warranty All of our items are sourced in Australia and come with their respective Australian Warranty, if applicable. If you have a problem with your purchase please contact us in the first instance as it may be something that we may be able to help you with that will not require the item to be returned. If your item needs to be returned please contact us for a Return Authority Number (RAN) as some items may need to be sent directly to manufactures, or their service agents (of which there may be a local service agent), during the warranty period. This will inturn ensure a faster turn around time. The opening and attempted self repair will void any warranty of any item. Shipping costs are not able to be refunded.
